【中文摘要】 本课题对建筑工程质量前期的评估与预测系统进行了研究，鉴于以前的研 究状况及目前的实际情况，主要从影响质量的非技术性因素方面进行研究，通 过对工程前期影响质量的各种因素的分析，利用模糊数学中的综合评判方法建 立评估与预测系统并编制相应软件，利用它对工程项目质量进行评估与预测， 从而为事前控制提供有益的参考，使工程相关人员及单位对各影响因素建立相 应的控制机制，以利于工程质量的提高。
【英文摘要】 In this paper, the evaluation and prediction system is researched for the fore-stage of construction quality . According to research results now and in the past, the research emphasize on the non-technique factors that affect the quality of construction .
