【中文摘要】 随着信息技术的飞速发展，信息系统在人事管理工作中的应用已成必然。本论文为开发成都飞机设计研究所的专用人事管理信息系统，对该所的人事管理工作进行全面、详细的调查了解，运用结构化的方法进行信息系统的需求分析，得出系统的信息需求、功能需求、信息和功能的关系等。采用规范设计法设计出系统数据库的全局逻辑模型，使人事管理信息得到合理的组织和有效的使用；采用面向数据流的分析方法设计出系统的总体逻辑结构，使系统的功能面向各项业务工作，满足管理的需要。整个系统涵盖了人事管理工作的方方面面，使人事管理的工作效率得到提高，把管理人员从繁琐的事务性工作中解放出来。
